Another Night Slam 8-5-12 Jack Selman, Logan Selman, and Logan Disotel were back on board the big Bluewave for round two. Slower bite before dark today than yesterday despite the perfect conditions (Flat calm, green water, steady flowing falling tide). We moved around picking away at trout up to three pounds before the sun went down. It didn't take long for the bait to show up and the catching to begin!!! It's always the same baits at night: double rigged Matrix Shad, Cocodrie Cocahoes, and TTF KFM's. No other baits compare, and no live bait needed at night. Slow steady retrieve again tonight. It was a pleasure fishing with these guys and Jack is already looking forward to coming back. 13 yr olds Logan and Logan had a blast reeling in all the fish. Thanks again for two great nights of beating the heat and stuffing the Yeti.
