Flyfishing in early March for redfish or sea trout

I will be visiting New Orleans Feb 27-March 4, 2002 and would like to take the opportunity to do some flyfishing for redfish and sea trout. What is the fishing and weather like at this time? Are there any flats similar to the Florida keys? Can anyone suggest a guide who specializes in flyfishing for these species? I would appreciate a reply. Thank you.
